Melodi Ghazal is an Iranian singer, songwriter and producer based in Copenhagen. Her left-field pop is characterised by a distinctive tonal language and a strong melodic sensibility. The songwriting is supported by productions where MIDI strings, daf drum rhythms embedded in the groove, and acoustic and electric guitar textures help translate the melancholy and hope found in the harmonies of her songs.
